Bad work experience, no assistance, toxic working environment, boss is a liar

The good thingsTraffic convenience. near MTR station

The challenges- No respect from boss - Seriously bad remuneration package and harsh employee benefits - Ineffective company management - Grading/ Title is useless - Working environment is seriously toxic - No company structure - bad company culture - Files are messy - Working atmosphere is beyond withstandable - Business is downsizing (No service diversity) - Boss is neurotic - Director will not provide any advice to below staff.
