Junior Achievement (JA) Hong Kong is a registered charity in Hong Kong and one of the 100+ members of JA Worldwide. We believe in the boundless potential of young people and are dedicated to inspiring and preparing young peopleto succeed in the global economy.Using an activity-based learning approach, JA Hong Kong partners with educators, the commercial and public sectors to develop the work readiness, entrepreneurial thinking and financial literacy of young people in Hong Kong. Our‘Other Learning Experience’ programs enable young people to learn about the world of work from the first-hand experience of business volunteers. Since our establishment in 2001, JA HK has engaged the support of over 26,000 business volunteers from some 700companies to serve over 400,000 students from more than 600 schools.
