試用期內老闆以不合理理由解僱，公司交流不足我返左2日office，收工前hr通知我唔洗返，我問左幾次解僱原因，佢就話公司冇講。之後我堅持想同老闆傾，佢先講原因，話我見工個時俾人感覺好friendly，但哩兩日返工見到佢冇話主動打招呼，俾人感覺好cool，仲要話我冇主動問佢有冇嘢幫手。但其實我係咁問教我嘅同事同另一個Senior 有冇嘢幫手，仲要我係有做哂佢地俾我啲嘢。佢地冇嘢幫手我先睇下公司資料，仲要佢地教啲嘢我自己都有試下做，練習下，有問題先問返佢。但我唔明，當我冇主動同佢打招呼係我唔啱，但頭幾日返工，我問我department 嘅同事有冇嘢幫手唔係好正常啫咩。但最好笑係隔左一日遙距教我做嘢嘅同事仲WhatsApp我叫我做嘢，成間公司交流上都好有問題
