Founded in 2009 Pastis Group was born with the opening of Pastis Bistro, Hong Kong's first informal all-day dining French restaurant.Pastis Group, owned by Mr. Olivier Caisson, consists of three restaurants and a wine shop across Hong Kong Island with a focus on neighborhood locations.For us it is all about creating friendly, convivial spaces where people can relax, unwind and enjoy a taste of Europe in amongst the hustle and bustle of Hong Kong.We aim to deliver on attentive service, amazing food and delicious wines consistently across each of our venues.
