    It’s a good place to build basic coffee knowledge and skills. Good luck.
    The good thingsThe management team and teammates are welcoming and generous in teaching. I’m thankful for their support. It’s a good environment to develop your skills if you’re less experienced, though the pace is rapid and the work can be challenging for some.
    The challengesThe back office team is failing to meet the capabilities required for effective operations. Management has been inconsistent and confusing, creating unnecessary friction. The shortage of senior baristas and insufficient internal training repeatedly force staff to learn on their own.
