    The challenges⁠Lack of professional work process, do not follow standard SDLC, and do not use project management tools like JIRA ⁠Lack of objective work appraisals, evaluation is highly at the discretion of the manager by filling out a point-based questionnaire about you and summing up the points, do not use standards like KPIs ⁠Expect uniform behavior across all staff, the office is largely quiet and people communicate by whispering
