The good thingsCompetitive Salary: Offers a salary above the Hong Kong average for those with experience in their field.
Skill Development: Opportunity to gain some valuable skills, even in a limited environment.
The challengesIneffective Management: Lack of true leaders and arbitrary decision-making.
Poor Workplace Culture: Low motivation and dissatisfaction among peers.
Limited Learning Environment: Stunted growth opportunities.
Inadequate Wellbeing Policy: Company’s policies lag behind international standards.
