I really enjoyed my working experience there and gained practical professional skills .

The good thingsI once worked at Marlven Kindergarten as a practical student. all colleagues there were helpful and supportive to each other. I also appreciated the caring culture towards children and the clear work arrangement.

The challengesMy main challenge is I tend to use my native speaking habit.I need to simplify my language and adjust my way of speaking to match children’s level.This helps them understand and learn Putonghua more easily.
