Merchandising Clerk

Responsibilities:

• Handle purchasing orders, planning and delivery

• Manage production and delivery schedule with suppliers

• Follow up invoice & delivery note etc

• Proofread order related documents / product artwork

• Communicate with internal departments / factories

• Other ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned
  
   

Requirements:

• DSE or above

• Proficient in MS Office (Word & Excel) and Chinese Word Processing

• Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese 

• Able to work independently

• Experience in merchandising / ERP / adobe software is an advantage

• Immediate available is highly preferred
