Senior Sales Representative (Pharmacy Line) 資深銷售代表 (藥房線)

Job Responsibilities 工作職責:

• To carry sales and marketing activities in pharmacies, covering rehabilitation equipment, medical supplies, and healthcare products. 針對藥房推動銷售與行銷活動，涵蓋復健設備、醫療耗材及保健產品。

• Build long-term relationships with Pharmacy clients, maintain and expand the sales network. 與藥房客戶建立長期合作關係，維持並擴展銷售網絡。

• Identify potential business opportunities, expand the client base, and develop new accounts to achieve sales targets. 尋找商機，擴展客戶群，開發新客戶以達成銷售目標。

• Gather and deliver market intelligence, including customer feedback and competitor insights, to strengthen business strategies. 收集並提供市場情報，包括客戶反饋及競爭對手動態，以強化業務策略。

• Follow up on orders, payments, and after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction. 跟進訂單、收款及售後服務，確保客戶滿意度。

Requirements 要求:

• Higher Diploma or above in Marketing, Pharmacy, or related field. 行銷、藥學或相關領域的高級文憑或以上學歷。

• Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a Proven track record in pharmacy channel sales and marketing. 需具備3-5年藥房銷售經驗並在藥房銷售渠道和行銷方面擁有良好的業績記錄。

• Proven track record in pharmacy channel sales and marketing. 具藥房渠道銷售與行銷成功經驗

• Strong communication and negotiation skills. 良好的溝通和談判能力

• Able to work under pressure in a challenging sales environment. 能在具挑戰性的銷售環境中承受壓力
