Officer, Procurement

Key Responsibilities:

Procurement & Vendor Management

• Support quotation and tender processes.

• Coordinate with suppliers on daily operational matters.

• Assist in vendor evaluation and performance monitoring.

• Support procurement documentation and contract administration.

• Participate in sourcing and cost-optimisation initiatives.

Operations & Systems Support

• Support the administration of SAP, Ariba and other related business systems.

• Prepare operational reports and conduct performance tracking and analysis.

Inventory & Logistics Management

• Monitor inventory levels and stock movements.

• Support stocktakes and initiatives to improve inventory accuracy.

• Coordinate store transfers and delivery arrangements.

• Liaise with warehouses, stores and external service providers.

Logistics & Project Support

• Support logistics planning and execution for new store openings, renovations and relocations.

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external service providers.

• Assist in workflow reviews and process-improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above with at least 3 years of relevant experience in procurement, purchasing, inventory management or logistics coordination.

• Experience gained in retail industry is preferred.

• Practical knowledge of supplier sourcing, quotation analysis, vendor management and contract or purchase-order administration .

• Exposure to inventory control, stocktake, warehouse coordination or store delivery operations would be an advantage.

• Hands-on experience with SAP, Ariba or other ERP and e-procurement systems is preferred.

• Proficient in MS Word and Excel

• Detail-minded, well-organised and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Good negotiation, communication, problem-solving skills.

• Good command of English and Chinese; Cantonese required
