Responsibilities:

• Support the CFO in supervising the day-to-day operations of the finance team;

• Support treasury functions and provide back office assistance;

• Perform and review month-end closing to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records;

• Assist in FP&A activities, including preparing management reports, evaluating and monitoring CAPEX, supporting budget and forecast processes, and compiling KPIs by Business Units;

• Assist in improving internal control processes and ensure company finance policies are consistently followed;

• Assist with tax compliance and preparation of tax reporting statements;

• Support internal and external audit processes, liaising with auditors and other professional parties;

• Ability to liaise with other departments and provide financial insights for operational decision-making;

• Undertake ah-hoc assignments and special projects as required.

Requirements:

• Qualified Accountant with a degree in Finance or Accounting

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experiences, experience in manufacturing is an advantage

• Good knowledge of HKFRS, tax regulations, and internal control principles

• With CPA or audit experience will be an advantage

• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills

• Proactive, detail-minded and hands-on

• Fluent in both English and Chinese

• Able to meet tight deadlines
