Human Resources Manager (HRBP) / Sr. HR Manager

Our client has diversified business spanning across manufacturing, wholesale, retail and brand management. They are seeking an all-round HR business partner to support the development of multiple business units.

Responsibilities

• Report to Head of HR. Fully responsible for all‑round HR functions in supporting across different business units.

• Act as a business partner to provide professional HR support to line managers, back office and frontline staff, covering HR operations, talent acquisition, C&B, training management, employee relations, and performance management.

• Work closely with senior management in a proactive, consultative manner to execute manpower planning and recruitment strategies.

• Formulate and implement HR initiatives and projects that align with business objectives, including workforce development and compliance with labor regulations across multiple jurisdictions.

• Support organizational change management and drive HR process improvements to enhance efficiency and adaptability in a fast‑paced environment.

• Partner with senior management to drive ad hoc projects and duties as assigned in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Hospitality or related discipline.

• 10 years or above hands‑on HR operations experience, with exposure to manufacturing is essential. Experience in retail, hospitality or consumer good sector would be an advantage.

• Proven ability to manage frontline and back office staff as well as office professionals, balancing operational needs with strategic HR initiatives.

• Highly flexible, hands-on, detail‑oriented, with strong numeric and analytical sense to support workforce planning and analysis.

• Excellent command of spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Putonghua.

• High adaptability and capability to deal with multi-business units environment and effective communication with all levels.
