Buyer (Cosmetic Field)

Responsibilities

• Communication and Negotiation with vendors (contract and conclusion of sales rights, purchase price negotiations, import quantity control)

• Communication between shop and internal staff

• Data analysis on market sales for product importing process

• Competitor Survey Analysis

• Inventory control, POS system management

• Prepare Invoice, Purchase Order and other documents to suppliers and internal departments

• VMD setting, supporting operation at shop if needed (Grand opening, special event, etc.)

• Ad hoc duties

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree holder in relevant discipline 

• Strong numerical sense and analytic skills

• Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Japanese(JLPT N2 or above is an advantage)

• Good communication with internal and external

• Proficient in MS office applications

• Ability to work independently and aggressively

• Strong sense of responsibility and problem-solving with positive working attitude

• Good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Sales experience in product management would be an advantage

• 2-3 years work experience in cosmetic industry is a must
