Assistant - E-Commerce

Responsibilities:

• Support daily operations of company e-commerce platforms, with a focus on HKTVmall

• Coordinate stock replenishment to avoid out-of-stock and overstock situations

• Communicate with warehouse on daily operations, including inbound, outbound, stock allocation, and fulfillment issues

• Follow up customer service cases related to orders, stock, delivery, and product information

• Prepare simple operational reports and support ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Business, E-Commerce, Supply Chain, or related field

• 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce, retail, or marketplace operations; fresh grad welcome

• Experience with HKTVmall or other e-commerce platforms is an advantage

• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office

• Good written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese); Mandarin is a plus
