Quality Assurance Officer
Are you a passionate quality professional ready to drive a zero-defect culture in a world-class manufacturing environment? We are looking for a proactive QA Officer to strengthen our quality systems, coach factory teams on food safety, and ensure operational excellence across every line.
What You’ll Do
Drive Quality Mastership: Lead root-cause analysis (DMAIC) for incidents and near-misses, driving continuous improvement toward zero defects and maintaining strict compliance with global quality standards.
Design & Optimize Systems: Develop, review, and update standard operating procedures, quality tools, and work instructions to ensure full alignment with regulatory and internal standards.
Audit & Verify: Conduct regular factory inspections, internal audits, and compliance checks, while actively supporting external and regulatory audits.
Empower & Train Teams: Champion food safety awareness across the plant through hands-on coaching, training sessions, and capability-building initiatives for factory staff.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Microbiology, Public Health, or a related discipline.
Experience in quality assurance, food safety, auditing, or implementing Quality Management Systems within a manufacturing environment (fresh graduates with a strong relevant background are welcome).
Solid foundation in HACCP, GMP, food safety regulations, auditing principles, and zero-defect methodologies.
Hands-on experience with root-cause analysis (DMAIC), statistical analysis, and writing clear standard operating procedures.
Good command of Cantonese and English, strong project management skills, and proficiency in MS Office.
