Senior Officer—Finance & Accounts Department

About the role

Senior Officer of the Capital Management team within the Finance and Accounting Department, responsible for capital operations, bank account management, and related accounting functions.

Key responsibilities

• Capital operations and bank account management, related accounting work, and preparation of bank reconciliation statements

• Assist with liquidity and risk management, prepare reports and write documentation

• Assist with capital system project implementation

• Assist with audit and other project-related work

• Complete all work assigned by the company and supervisors

About you

• Bachelor's degree or above in accounting, finance, or related discipline

• Minimum three years of experience in capital operations or finance-related roles

• Strong Chinese written and verbal communication skills

• Proficient in Office software including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• SAP system experience is advantageous

• Programming skills such as Python or VBA are preferred

• Careful and conscientious with strong sense of responsibility

• Capable of independent thinking and work execution

• Able to handle work pressure and strong communication and coordination abilities

• Team player with strong collaborative spirit
