The challengesI signed a contract with them for 2 years, but they forced me to resigned. Their reason is the project is almost done so they have to minimize their manpower. I was really affected, because i dont want to resign, its much more better if they terminated me for the real reason. I wanted to report it to MOM about my case, but sad to say i just resigned. I did'nt get any benefits, only my lst salary..
