The good things5 working day and 5:30 leave
The challengesinternal politic forced new staff to leave!
- Reason 1) some loyal employee work there over 10 years. they do not update the changing working pattern and cannot accept new comers working methods. They are afraid of 被 淘汰 and 受 威脅 and use unreasonable reason to terminate staff.
- Reason 2) although this is a japanese company, japenese only care sales performance. Hong kong loyal employee controls business. hence, if loyal employee dislikes new comers, you will be terminated.
