The good things- Excellent medical and dental care in which parents can also enjoy
- Free travel
The challenges- 6-day work with unstable roster pattern and arrangement, supervisors can hardly take the fairness to allocate work day and rest day for colleagues
- even candidates with very good academic qualification and excellent work performance reflected by annual appraisal assessment could have nothing advantageous competing with lower-qualified parties, work experience and work performance are not considered overwhelmingly...
