Only join if you have no other realistic choice, but even then they would likely fire you.The good thingsSome of the colleagues were nice, and I guess the pay were alright too.
The challengesThe higher-ups are one of the most narcissistic people I know. Not only do they talk about how incompetent you are on day one but even stated, in their own words, how they are "willing to give a chance to prove your worth" in those 3 months probation. Finally, my evaluators cannot seem to properly gauge what their staff can or cannot do, which shows how this company cannot operate at all even at a maintenance position.
