ASSISTANT ESTATE MANAGER [Ref. HBC-AEM]

Job Requirement and Description:

• Degree holder preferably in Property Management or related disciplines

• 5 years' relevant working experience in which 2 years at supervisory level

• Holder of PMP (Tier 1) Licence preferred

• To monitor the day-to-day property management functions, e.g. security, maintenance, cleaning, procurement, amenities and facilities management etc.

• To monitor property management income and expenses to prepare annual property management budgets and other related financial duties

• To liaise with Government departments and other departments of the company

• To attend Incorporated Owners’ meetings and maintain good relationship with the committees

• Good management and interpersonal skills

• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese
