Sales Manager - MICE
Responsibilities
Responsible for developing new MICE markets, formulating business plan and packages to maximize MICE revenues as well as achieve sales targets
Develop and implement short and long-term sales strategies for the MICE business
Interact with all relevant bodies providing necessary data on business/economic trends, arrival trends etc
Requirements
High diploma or Degree holder in Hospitality Management or related discipline preferred
Minimum 4 years of experience working in hotel in a similar role
In-depth MICE knowledge and possess well-established relationship with MICE organizers
Good interpersonal, problem solving and organizational skills
Strong communication and sales negotiation skills with good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Excellent interpersonal skills, negotiation skills, influencing skills and networking abilities
Candidates with more experience can be considered as Senior Sales Manager
