KYC- Operation Department-VP/AD
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the new client onboarding process.
Follow up on documentation to perform Client Onboarding (COB), Client Due Diligence (CDD), KYC checks, and AML screening.
Handle FATCA and MiFID II related tasks.
Coordinate with internal parties to ensure smooth service delivery.
Prepare and review key operational procedures.
Ensure all control measures comply with the company’s guidelines and regulatory codes of conduct.
Participate in projects and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system development.
Handle ad-hoc projects.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, with 7–8 years of relevant experience.
Relevant experience in COB, CDD, KYC, and AML within the investment and securities business is essential.
Sound knowledge of local and regional rules and regulations applicable to financial institutions.
Proficient in English and Chinese, with strong MS Office skills.
