Our client is a leading conglomerate. Due to organizational needs, they are seeking the HR Transformation Director in Hong Kong.
Responsibilities
Formulate and implement strategic HR transformation initiatives for the group
Diagnose complex business challenges and identify root causes and actionable solutions
Set and track KPIs and project milestones
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders
Requirements
Degree holder in relevant discipline
Over 15 years of strategic HR transformation experience
Proven track record in deploying large scale change programmes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English and Chinese
