Project Manager/Site Agent/Site Engineers/Graduate Engineer:

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all site operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards;

• Oversee s project, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety regulations;

• Foster a strong safety culture, and drive continuous improvement in site operation standards, safety practices, and environmental performance;

• Ensure technical accuracy in the design and construction of excavation, ELS, and substructure works;

• Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with various stakeholder including Contractors, Consultants, and Government departments.

Strong commitment to implementing and maintaining first-class site setup and operational practices;

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills;

2. ⁠Site Agent: MHKIE, MICE plus 5 Years of post chartership experience.

3. ⁠Site Engineers: degree ( fresh graduate will be considered as trainee or assistant engineer)

• Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline;

• Professional Membership of MHKIE / MICE is not required;

• Civil Engineering, with a proven track record and expertise in large-scale Foundation or Civil projects with main contractors or government departments;

• Familiar with modern project management tools and digital construction technologies is an advantage;

• Strong commitment to implementing and maintaining first-class site setup and operational practices;

• Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese
