Business Analyst - Insurance/WFH/MNC

Our Client, a leading insurance company is seeking a skilled Senior Business Analyst to join their team. This role will focus on driving business process improvement initiatives on finance systems revamp. The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering user requirements, assessing current processes, identifying opportunities for enhancement, and working closely with cross-functional teams to implement improvements.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in business analysis

• Experience in finance systems or finance-related projects

• Experience in business process mapping and improvement

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct business analysis and gather requirements

• Collect, analyze, and document business needs in specifications

• Review IT documentation to ensure alignment between business users and IT teams

• Perform UAT to support project implementation

• Work with cross-functional teams to execute process enhancements

• Track and report on the effectiveness of implemented solutions
