Account Executive / Territory Supervisor (Trauma)

What You Will Do
Drive sales performance and provide case support to achieve budgeted revenue and profitability targets for the Trauma and Spine portfolio.
Execute sales plans and activities aligned with local commercial strategies.
Identify market trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities to expand business impact.
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and healthcare customers to strengthen market presence.
Prepare sales forecasts, performance analyses, and summaries to identify issues and improvement opportunities.
Prospect and develop new accounts to grow Stryker’s customer base.
Track and report monthly insights on market trends, customer behaviors, and competitor activity.
Gather and consolidate customer feedback to support service quality improvement and portfolio expansion.
What You Will Need
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Science, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of sales, clinical support or marketing experience in medical device industry
Proficiency in English and Cantonese.
