Responsibilities:

• Develop, manage and grow a portfolio of wealth management clients, with a focus on long‑term relationship building and sustainable AUM growth.

• Acquire new clients through referrals, networking and proactive prospecting, conducting thorough KYC to understand clients’ financial positions, risk profiles and objectives.

• Conduct professional financial analysis and needs‑based consultations, providing suitable investment and insurance solutions aligned with clients’ goals.

• Provide ongoing portfolio monitoring and make timely investment recommendations by leveraging in‑house research, market insights and product specialists.

Requirements:

• Proven sales experience in wealth management, private banking or related financial advisory roles, with extensive client networks in the retail and high‑net‑worth segments. Experienced Investment Bankers or Private Bankers are most welcome.

• Strong knowledge and experience in marketing and distributing structured investment and insurance products is preferred.

• Tertiary educated or equivalent. Qualified, or eligible to be registered, as a licensed representative for SFC Type 1 regulated activities, and a licensed insurance intermediary.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
