Human Resources and Administration Assistant (Part-time)

We are seeking a detail-oriented HR & Administration Assistant to provide comprehensive support across both human resources and administrative functions. The role encompasses a broad range of responsibilities, including data entry, document filing, record maintenance, and assisting with daily HR and office operations to ensure efficient and smooth team performance.

Job Duties:
Human Resources:

  • Provide support across the full recruitment lifecycle, including posting job advertisements, candidate screening and interview coordination

  • Assist in employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparation of documentation and coordination of orientation arrangements

  • Ensure accurate maintenance and regular updating of employee data within HRIS, upholding data integrity, confidentiality and proper record-keeping standards

  • Respond to employee queries and support ongoing HR initiatives and staff engagement activities, contributing to a positive work culture

Administration:

  • Assist in comprehensive office administration, including procurement of printing and stationery supplies, document filing and preparation of reports

  • Support staff uniform administration, including vendor sourcing, inventory control and coordination with department representatives

  • Provide support in the management and maintenance of company mobile devices, ensuring proper tracking and record-keeping

  • Perform general administrative errands as required to support daily operational needs

  • Perform ad hoc duties when required

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines

  • Familiar with general HR operations, preferably with 2 years’ relevant experience

  • Good command of both spoken / written English and Chinese

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint

  • A good team player, self-motivated, meticulous with strong sense of responsibility and organizational skill

  • Able to work at least 3 days per week (9am-6pm)
