Software Delivery Project Manager

Our client is a leading publicly listed AI and intelligent speech technology enterprise in the Asia-Pacific region, specializing in commercial AI solutions. They are now seeking a talented Software Delivery Project Manager to lead projects in Hong Kong, Macau, and overseas markets.

Key Responsibilities
Lead project delivery, product implementation, and team management for Hong Kong/Macau and overseas markets:

1. Participate in regional project feasibility studies, solution design, contract review, and risk assessment; support pre-sales with trial delivery, technical consultations, and tender preparation

2. Manage full project lifecycle including requirements gathering, site assessment, delivery, testing, training, and acceptance; control project progress, cost, quality, and risks

3. Oversee post-sales services, service operations, client relationship management, and customer satisfaction delivery

4. Build and manage regional teams, develop talent pipelines, and maintain regional documentation and process assets

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Electronics, or related disciplines

2. Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English (working languages)

3. 5+ years of software project management experience with proven team leadership; AI industry experience or system integration delivery capability strongly preferred

4. Excellent communication, teamwork, analytical decision-making, execution, and pressure-handling abilities

5. Strong project management skills across diverse project types; experience as PM for medium-to-large projects preferred, R&D project management and customized solutions experience a plus

6. Solid understanding of project management frameworks; PMP or Senior Information Systems Project Manager certification preferred

7. Familiarity with Hong Kong culture and legal environment; experience with HK/Macau government, media, or enterprise projects highly preferred
