Senior/ Payroll Associate (Outsourcing Services)

About Our Client:

Our client is a leader in audit, tax and advisory services worldwide, operating across 100+ countries and territories.

Their payroll outsourcing team provides services to local and cross border clients as well as coordinates large assignments on a regional or global level. As a core function in supporting employee compensation in any organisations, they are looking for Senior payroll associate to join their team.

What you can expect

• Manage full-cycle payroll, from initial account setup to data extraction, reconciliation, and reporting.

• Lead statutory year-end tax filings and oversee MPF administration (enrolment, contributions, and terminations) with high accuracy.

• Leverage data to assist clients in their statutory obligation of year-end tax filing and reporting

• Act as a consultant for clients on labor laws, tax regulations, and pension schemes.

• Build strong rapport with clients by learning their industry landscape and maintaining proactive communication.

• Handle ad ad-hoc projects and support managers in delivery 

Who we are looking for

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Human Resources or relevant disciplines with professional qualifications. Other disciplines are also welcome.

• Good command of spoken and written English. Proficiency in a foreign language would be a plus

• Detail-minded and numerical sensitive person

• Well versed in MS applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and online collaboration tools

• Good communication, interpersonal and time management skills

• Excellent team player with positive attitude
