Assistant Learning & Development Manager
This role is responsible for driving learning and development initiatives across markets, supporting employee growth, leadership development, and talent sustainability in alignment with our company’s vision, values, and business objectives.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement L&D strategies tailored to Asia’s diverse markets.
Lead the Retail Training Program by designing and delivering training modules for retail staff across different levels.
Design and deliver leadership and soft skills programs to strengthen employee capabilities and promote a culture of continuous learning.
Drive talent management initiatives, including performance evaluation, succession planning, and professional development.
Collaborate with HR teams across markets to identify training needs and support the full performance management cycle.
Design and support employee engagement and retention programs to build a strong talent pipeline.
Measure training effectiveness through data, feedback, and performance metrics, and continuously improve learning programs.
Prepare L&D reports, training materials, documentation, and coordinate talent development initiatives across markets.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Management, Education, or a related discipline.
Strong communication, presentation, and cross-cultural skills.
Good business acumen and strategic thinking.
Organized, proactive, and a strong team player with experience working across multinational teams.
Creative and innovative mindset with the ability to develop effective training solutions.
Strong data analysis skills to evaluate training effectiveness and support data-driven decisions.
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin.
Relevant certifications in learning, development, or related fields will be an advantage.
