Human Resources Officer
Job Descriptions:
· Coordinate the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and candidate screening, interviews and onboarding.
· Manage payroll processes, including inputs, processing, taxation, and C&B related matters.
· Maintain precise employee records and generate detailed reports.
· Assist in executing HR related projects and activities.
· Perform any ad hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
· Degree holder in Human Resources or related disciplines.
· At least 1-year experience in Human Resources. (Fresh university graduates are welcome).
· Communication and people management skills, with an independent problem-solving mindset and the capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
· Strong knowledge of the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and local HR practices.
· Strong proficiency in MS Excel, with solid knowledge of Excel and Word.
· Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
Working Hours:
5 days per week, Mon – Fri.
