What will you do?

• Monitor and supervise in-house and outsourced day-to-day maintenance and repair works in commercial properties

• Monitor and record all aspects of maintenance programs as well as prepare relevant monthly reports, tender documents and contract administration 

• Enforce safety for works carried out by direct labours and contractors

• Attend meetings with tenants, developers, contractors and the Owners’ Committees to address technical enquiries and issues 

• Perform ad hoc duty and attend emergency call out duty as assigned

Do you have a right profile?

• Holder of Higher Diploma/ Degree in Electrical/ Mechanical/ Building Services Engineering/ Building Surveying/ Building Technology/ Construction or other related discipline

• At least 6 years of relevant working experience in Property & Facility Management field and/ or Engineering field

• Registered Safety Officer/ Safety Auditor/ Class 3 Fire Service Installation Contractor are preferred

• Good command of both English and Chinese

• Self-motivated with good interpersonal skills

• Candidate with less experience will be considered for the post of Technical Services Officer
