About the Role

We are seeking an AI Project Solutions Consultant under Project Management Office (PMO) to drive AI-enabled transformation aligned with PMO strategy and business priorities. This role requires a strong mix of strategic planning, cross-functional coordination, and hands-on execution to embed AI into project delivery, optimize workflows, and scale best practices across the organization.

What You Will Do

• Design and implement AI solution aligned with PMO strategy and business transformation objectives

• Deploy and manage AI-agent to provide real-time response based on established guidelines and policies

• Identify and prioritize AI use cases to streamline workflows and enhance project delivery efficiency

• Support AI adoption across business units, including coordinating cross-functional pilots and scaling successful solutions

• Identify cross-team bottlenecks and propose scalable process improvements enabled by AI

• Monitor solution performance and user feedback, driving continuous optimization and measurable impact

• Ensure AI solutions are accurate, compliant, and user-friendly

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, AI/ML, Robotic Automation or related discipline; A Master’s degree is an advantage

• At least 5 years of relevant working experience in technology, digital transformation, or project delivery roles, with at least 1 year of hands-on exposure to AI solutions (e.g., LLMs, OpenAI API, GPT, Gemini, LangChain, Hugging Face, PyTorch or similar tools)

• Experience in AI-related project implementation or digital transformation initiatives is a plus

• Strong understanding of AI technologies (e.g., NLP, ML , GenAI, conversational agents)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into practical AI solutions

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, good analytical, problem-solving, communication and stakeholder engagement skills

• Self-motivated with strong ownership and the ability to operate independently in dynamic environments

• Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project delivery methodologies
