Sales Manager – General Trade
Responsibilities :
Manage and maintain good relationships with distributors to secure repeat business in general trade channels
Act as a point of contact for key customers, responding to inquiries and address issues promptly.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
Conduct regular store visits, expand product distribution and ensure proper in-store visibility.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional strategies tailored to distributors
Work closely with cross-functional teams including supply chain and finance to ensure seamless execution.
Prepare regular sales reports and conduct performance analysis to senior management team
Job Requirements:
Diploma or above, in Business, Marketing, or related field.
4-6 years of sales experience in FMCG, preferably in general trade.
Self motivated, proactive and with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing distributors.
Strong business acumen, negotiation, and communication skills.
Fluent in Cantonese and English; Mandarin is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and Chinese Word Processing
