Role Mission
Lead our financial strategy as a seasoned expert overseeing comprehensive accounting operations, strengthening internal control systems, and delivering critical financial analysis to drive corporate decision-making and strategic growth.
Role Summary
Report to COO while leading finance team of 5 members in HK office and 15 members in China offices.
Fully accountable for HK/China financial & accounting operations including manufacturing plants, with China travel required.
Key Responsibilities
Lead finance team of 5 members in HK office and 15 members in China offices; provide direction, development, and performance management.
Oversee company financial management including accounting/supervisory controls, budgeting, cost management, treasury management, financial analysis, and tax planning.
Lead financial strategy formulation; establish/enhance internal control systems to mitigate financial and compliance risks.
Participate in key corporate strategy analysis/decision-making, providing financial support for production, operations, and business development.
Develop financial management policies/procedures; monitor implementation and standardize company financial practices.
Report directly to COO.
Ideal Candidates
Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Minimum 10 years comprehensive financial management experience; 5+ years senior role in manufacturing companies.
Proven financial management expertise with strong analysis and internal audit capabilities.
CPA, ACCA, CMA or equivalent highly preferred.
Excellent communication skills; strong team player collaborating with internal/external stakeholders.
Proficient in Cantonese and English.
