Role Mission

  • Lead our financial strategy as a seasoned expert overseeing comprehensive accounting operations, strengthening internal control systems, and delivering critical financial analysis to drive corporate decision-making and strategic growth.

Role Summary

  • Report to COO while leading finance team of 5 members in HK office and 15 members in China offices. 

  • Fully accountable for HK/China financial & accounting operations including manufacturing plants, with China travel required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead finance team of 5 members in HK office and 15 members in China offices; provide direction, development, and performance management.

  • Oversee company financial management including accounting/supervisory controls, budgeting, cost management, treasury management, financial analysis, and tax planning.

  • Lead financial strategy formulation; establish/enhance internal control systems to mitigate financial and compliance risks.

  • Participate in key corporate strategy analysis/decision-making, providing financial support for production, operations, and business development.

  • Develop financial management policies/procedures; monitor implementation and standardize company financial practices.

  • Report directly to COO.

Ideal Candidates 

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

  • Minimum 10 years comprehensive financial management experience; 5+ years senior role in manufacturing companies.

  • Proven financial management expertise with strong analysis and internal audit capabilities.

  • CPA, ACCA, CMA or equivalent highly preferred.

  • Excellent communication skills; strong team player collaborating with internal/external stakeholders.

  • Proficient in Cantonese and English.

  • Work week: Monday to Friday (5 days).
