Senior Policy Admin Officer

Want to join us and make a change? We are looking for a Senior Policy Administration Officer who acts as the gatekeeper of our day-to-day policy administration activities.

What you will be doing:
Manage the day-to-day policy administration activities
Handle and follow up on inquiries related to policy issuance, premium payment status, endorsements and cancellations
Perform data validation and reconciliation across daily and monthly reports to ensure completeness, accuracy and consistency with systems records
Ensure all tasks are completed within the turnaround time and in accordance with the policy administration procedures
Participate in UATs and ad hoc projects
Provide support to other teams, including claims, customer care, account management and product development
What we are looking for:
HKCEE/DSE or above
3 years in insurance policy administration and experience in the General Insurance industry is a plus!
Excellent communication in verbal and written form (Both English and Chinese)
Excellent typing skills in both English and Traditional Chinese
Highly self-motivated, organized, and a team player
Ability to streamline processes and prioritize issues, support multiple tasks and be responsive
Remain calm in high-pressure situations. Positive attitude, patient with people and willing to learn - Self-starter and a good team player
Curious and interested in technology and new products
*Candidate with less experience will be considered as Policy Administrative Officer.
