Manager / Assistant Manager (Retail Lending Operation)
Responsibilities:
Conduct assessment on credit proposals of retail lending
Provide recommendations on credit applications to facilitate approvals in compliance with the credit policies and guidelines
Interact with internal parties, including frontline and operation departments
Ensure customer service standards are met at all times
Requirements:
Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or any related discipline
2-5 years of credit approval experience in banking industry
Detailed minded with good credit sense and good knowledge of HKMA related guideline
Able to work under pressure and independently
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
