AI Engineer - Expanding Crypto Exchange - Fully Remote - Up to HKD70k Per Month

Our client is a rapidly expanding Decentralised Crypto Exchange. You will play a pivotal role in scaling their operations—building custom AI solutions and optimizing workflows to help internal teams work with more efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Lead strategic initiatives to build flexible AI tools and automated workflows, seamlessly integrating APIs, automation platforms, and Lark bots to drive business efficiency.

• Continually improve and develop AI tooling and workflows by utilizing usage data and analyzing team pain points.

• Analyze core business operations to pinpoint operational friction and translate findings into high-impact, AI-driven automation strategies.

• Drive research and implementation of the latest AI technology and industry trends.

Requirements:

• AI Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with a variety of AI tools and a proven proficiency in building AI agents, tooling, and automated workflows.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in either Python, JavaScript, APIs, or Automation Tools.

• Business Acumen: Proven ability to map business logic and workflows into actionable technical requirements and scalable AI solutions.

• Mindset: Must be proactive in identifying operational bottlenecks and independently initiating tool development.

• Preferred Experience: Experience building Lark/Telegram bots, automated daily reports, and task management systems.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.

• Language Skills: Fluent Mandarin is a must.
