Customer Service Officer 客戶服務主任 (五天工作)

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide service to Members/Customers via phone calls, emails and live chat based on Company’s Vision, Mission and Essential Values.

• To maintain the day to day operation of Call Centre and support the operation of Experience Centre occasionally.

• To work according to the globally agreed KPIs as indicated on the Scorecards.

• To be aware of all related standard operating procedures and to perform accordingly.

• To provide support during Marketing events/promotions in aiming for a quality experience.

• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications:

• Good interpersonal skills, pleasant telephone manners, patient and friendly, mature and passionate in assisting customers and anticipating needs.

• Good command in spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English.

• Proficient in PC applications including MS Words, Excel and Chinese word processing.

• Willing to learn and having a positive “can-do attitude”, providing alternatives/rounded explanations when required to say “no”.

• Be a supportive team player who welcomes change and appreciates feedback.

• Be flexible to perform overtime duties based on operational needs.
