Job Title: Senior Financial Systems Analyst

This role combines technical expertise and business analysis to support the ongoing rollout, enhancement, and operation of the Oracle Cloud ERP platform, with a strong focus on AI Agents enablement to automate and optimize business processes. The Senior Financial Systems Analyst will play a key role in driving AI-powered transformation, supporting system configuration, enhancing existing capabilities, and delivering new functionalities across global sites.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Act as an internal Oracle Cloud ERP Specialist, implementing and supporting core Financial and Procurement modules including GL, AR, AP, FA, Cash Management, Expense, Self-Service Procurement, and Purchasing (PO).

  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation, including system enhancements, new feature adoption, and integration of AI-driven capabilities aligned with Oracle Fusion ERP evolution.

  • Collaborate closely with Project Managers and Finance Leadership to promote system adoption and embed AI-enabled business processes across the organization.

  • Lead business requirement analysis, translating requirements into scalable solutions leveraging Oracle best practices.

  • Manage and coordinate assigned projects and tasks, ensuring delivery within defined timelines, scope, and budget.

  • Configure and support Oracle Cloud ERP, including system setup, data migration from legacy systems, and integration with external platforms.

  • Deliver end-user training, with a focus on driving adoption of both ERP functionalities and standardized Business Processes, while managing stakeholder expectations.

  • Ensure all functional and technical documentation is accurately maintained throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Handle incident and support tickets in accordance with ITIL Incident Management processes, ensuring timely resolution.

  • Work closely with internal Service Desk teams and Oracle Support to deliver high-quality system support.

  • Adhere to organizational policies, standards, and tools, ensuring compliance and governance.

  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Professional Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in end-to-end implementation of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) or Oracle Cloud ERP projects.

  • Strong hands-on expertise in iProcurement, Inventory, and Financial modules, supporting multiple organizations within Oracle ERP structures.

  • Minimum of 6 years’ experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, such as Oracle, SAP, or equivalent platforms.

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Finance, Business, or a related field.

  • Proven ability in AI tool utilization and rapid adoption of AI assistants to enhance productivity, automate processes, and improve decision-making.

  • Strong understanding of applying AI in ERP environments, including process optimization, reporting, and user support.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey information in a clear, concise, and professional manner.

  • Strong customer service orientation, with a commitment to supporting internal stakeholders as key customers.

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a global, collaborative team environment.

  • Flexible and willing to work outside standard business hours when required.

  • Proficient in written and spoken English.

  • Knowledge of ERP functional/technical architecture design and/or accounting principles is an added advantage.

  • Relevant certifications in Finance, ERP systems, Oracle technologies, or development are an advantage.
