About the job:

The Store Trainee Manager Development Programme is to develop future leaders for Sales Operations.  This programme provides talents a platform to develop professional knowledge and management competency in retail industry.  Successful candidates will take the “Advanced Diploma in Retail Store Management – Supermarket Chain (QF Level 4)", a recognised qualification equivalent to Associate Degree level under the Qualification Framework; on job attachment and project management constitute part of the programme.

Candidates will be promoted to Assistant Store Manager 3 months after successful completion of the programme. Along the career path, we provide further development opportunities for potential candidates in other key departments such as Trading and Supply Chain.

店舖見習經理將會參加一個培育未來銷售營運領袖的培訓課程。透過此培訓課程，將加強學員對店舖營運及管理的專業知識及技巧。入職後，學員將入讀「零售管理高等文憑 – 超級市場連鎖店 (資歷架構第4級)」課程，此課程資歷獲教育局認可並相等於副學士級別，亦會參與店舖實習及小組研習。

學員將於成功修畢課程3個月後晉升為助理店舖經理。此外，表現出色的學員更可獲進一步的發展機會至其他重要的部門，如貿易部及物流部。

• Fresh Tertiary / University graduates OR Secondary graduates with 2 years' retail work experience
