Project Manager / Assistant Project Manager
LEMON Design & Build Limited is a one-stop service provider, from project management, design, construction to licensing and maintenance. With our professional team, LEMON formulates and performs all-in-one holistic revitalisation projects from the beginning of planning, design, licensing, construction, and management to subsequent maintenance. As of now, LEMON has revitalised more than 30 shopping centres and markets, with 2,000,000 sq. ft. in total, maximizing I.F.A of each venue.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Management: Lead client meetings, build and maintain strong relationships, understand client requirements for design and execution, and provide professional technical advice.
Quotation & Administration: Handle project costing, prepare comprehensive quotation sheets, contracts, invoices, and manage day-to-day project administrative documentation.
Project Scheduling & Timeline Development: Create, develop, and maintain detailed project master schedules and timelines (e.g., Gantt charts), defining clear milestones and completion dates for each construction phase.
Project & Site Management: Monitor and oversee on-site progress for various residential and commercial fit-out projects; coordinate with designers, sub-contractors, and material suppliers to ensure workmanship meets quality standards and stays strictly on schedule.
Basic Drafting Support: Handle and modify basic technical drawings (such as AutoCAD layouts) to support immediate on-site construction needs and adjustments.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of solid experience in interior design, fit-out project management, or site supervision.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills; capable of managing client expectations, leading meetings, and handling site issues independently.
Deep understanding of fit-out quotation procedures, scheduling methodologies, material properties, and general site construction sequences.
Proficient or literate in basic drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD) to make quick site-level layout adjustments.
Strong problem-solving abilities, highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage project timelines effectively under pressure.
