Business Development Executive (Graduate Trainee)

Job Description:
We are a fast-growing quantitative investment platform looking for a motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive (Graduate Trainee) to join our team. You will play a key role in expanding our network of quantitative trading teams and supporting the platform's growth by connecting top-tier strategies with investors.

Responsibilities:
• Identify and reach out to promising quantitative trading teams, independent traders, and university quant clubs to onboard them onto our platform.
• Assist in commercial discussions and negotiations with strategy teams regarding cooperation models and platform terms.
• Act as the primary liaison for onboarded teams, coordinating internal technical and operational resources to ensure their smooth operation.
• Conduct market research to analyze competitor dynamics and identify new trends in the quantitative investment sector.
• Assist in organizing platform events or seminars to enhance brand visibility within the financial community.
• Perform general administrative duties related to the business development department and maintain team databases.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Class of 2025/2026) in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; previous internship experience in finance, fintech, or sales is a plus.
• Strong interest in quantitative finance, secondary markets, and financial technology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).
• Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint and Excel) for preparing business proposals and data analysis.
• Proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• 擔任已入駐團隊的主要聯絡窗口，協調內部技術與營運資源，確保團隊在平台上順利運作。

• 進行市場調研，分析競爭對手動態並發掘量化投資領域的新趨勢。

• 協助組織平台活動或研討會，以提升品牌在金融圈內的知名度。

• 處理商務拓展部門的一般行政事務，並維護團隊資料庫。

任職要求：

• 擁有認可院校的學士或碩士學位（2025/2026屆畢業生），主修金融、經濟、數學、電腦科學或相關領域。

• 歡迎應屆畢業生申請；曾在金融、金融科技或銷售領域有實習經驗者優先。

• 對量化金融、二級市場及金融科技有濃厚興趣。

• 具備出色的英語及中文（粵語和普通話）溝通與人際交往能力。

• 熟練操作 MS Office（尤其是 PowerPoint 和 Excel），能夠製作商業提案及進行數據分析。

• 態度積極主動，具備強烈的學習意願，並能在快節奏的環境中茁壯成長。
