About the Role
This trainee programme is designed for fresh graduates and aspiring talents who aim to develop a long-term career in Hong Kong financial industry. You will receive systematic professional training, grasp industry trends and financial planning knowledge, and provide professional one-to-one financial consulting service to individual and family clients, helping clients arrange personal assets and achieve long-term financial goals.
Key Responsibilities
Keep abreast of Hong Kong financial market trends, industry dynamics and relevant regulatory policies, sort out industry data and assist team in formulating practical business strategies.
Establish and maintain long-term stable client relationships, accurately identify clients' daily needs and financial planning demands, and deliver targeted professional financial advice.
Collate personal asset allocation data and market information, summarize practical financial development plans for client reference.
Tap potential market resources, expand stable client network and continuously optimize overall client service experience.
Compile professional financial proposals and analytical reports, convert complex financial information into clear and executable planning solutions.
Follow company operational guidelines and industry compliance standards to complete daily business development work.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above in any discipline; Finance, Business Administration, Economics and related majors are preferred.
Sincere passion for financial consulting industry, willing to receive systematic training and develop stable long-term career.
Strong logical thinking, data analysis ability and meticulous working attitude.
Excellent interpersonal communication, presentation and negotiation skills, able to communicate professionally with different clients.
Self-driven, goal-oriented, able to adapt to diversified working atmosphere and pursue continuous personal growth.
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; fluent in Putonghua is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office software; detail-minded and good at time management.
Candidates are required to obtain relevant industry professional licenses when engaging in regulated financial business activities.
