QA Engineer - 13 Months Package/ Stable projects

Responsibilities

• Develop a thorough understanding of application workflows and system functionality.

• Plan, design, and execute application QA testing to ensure quality and performance standards are met.

• Support and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities with business users.

• Prepare and maintain comprehensive system documentation, including test cases, test results, and user guides.

• Conduct user training sessions and provide post-implementation support.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related discipline.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT.

• Experience with testing tools such as Postman and/or SQL is an advantage.

• Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.

• Good communication skills with proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
