Responsibilities: 

• To monitor property maintenance, building renovation and builders work

• To prepare the tender document of R & M builders work

Requirements:

• Diploma holder in Building Services Engineering / Electrical Engineering or equivalent

• Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker (Grade:A/B)

• Minimum 5 years of experience in repair and maintenance (R & M) of building service installations for residential property

• Good command of spoken English and Cantonese

• Knowledge in PC applications including MS Excel and Word

• Responsible, independent, self-motivated, willing to work under pressure, with good communication skill 

• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Technical Officer
