Senior Officer - Corporate Social Investment
Responsibilities
Lead the planning and execution of a wide range of Corporate Social Investment (CSI) and staff engagement initiatives, ensuring alignment with the company’s ESG strategy
Manage and continuously enhance the volunteering experience of the HKBN Volunteer Team, including programme design, engagement, and impact measurement
Drive collaboration with external partners, including Social Enterprises, NGOs, and community stakeholders, to ensure effective programme delivery and continuous improvement
Contribute to the development and implementation of the company’s Environment, Social and Governance (ESG) initiatives, including reporting, data tracking, and stakeholder engagement
Lead or participate in cross-functional projects and administrative initiatives, providing insights and recommendations to enhance processes and operational efficiency
Requirements
Degree holder or above with 6–8 years of relevant experience, including solid exposure in sizable organizations
Proven experience in planning and executing Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) / CSI programmes; experience in fundraising, partnership management, and ESG initiatives is highly preferred
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work independently and influence both internal and external stakeholders
Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing; experience in website and social media management is an advantage
Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills with attention to detail
Passionate about community initiatives; proactive, adaptable, and able to take on challenges with a strategic mindset
